A Scotch blended malt with all the component parts distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2019. The whisky doesn't have much more detail, but the bottle is nice enough and at approximately 18 years of age the price offers good value-for-money. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose:  Fresh juicy apples and orchid fruits before sherry kicks in with sultanas fresh-cut nectarines treacle and vanilla.

Palate:  Intricate with gentle release of dried fruits then spice into chocolate raisins and oily caramel notes. Sherried character and fruity aromas balanced with a rich dry waves of fruit.

Finish: Long and dry with waves of fruit.
